General construction of 2025 will consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 7,300 SF of damaged concrete slab at two (2) designated locations within the facility, as shown on the Contract Drawings and described in the Bid Specifications. 2026 repairs will consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 7,300 SF of damaged concrete slab. SCOPE A. The work to be performed under this bid shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals required to perform the proposed construction as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawing and/or as approved by the Town/Engineer for both contracts. B. In general, the work shall include but not be limited to the following: o Removal of existing Concrete Slab (2025) o Installation of Concrete Slab (2025) o Removal of existing Concrete Slab (2026) o Installation of Concrete Slab (2026) C. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing and for the convenience of each Contractor, the items of work are specified under the Standard Divisions of the Construction Specifications Institute. D. The work covered under these Divisions shall be bid under one contract. F. Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating their contractual construction schedules. Contractor shall submit a computer-generated critical point method schedule indicating all items of work under their respective contract. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to update the schedule as required to reflect changes in schedule of any or all Prime Contractors. G. The Contractor should be aware that this is an active building that will be in active operation during the performance of all work. All scheduled work will be conducted in close coordination with the Operator of the Facility. No work will be able to be performed on Mondays or Holidays
