Entrance to the Gym: Open a double solid door entrance in the gym main access with magnetic locking system. Move the access card reader and gym sign. Contractor will be responsible to move the alarm monitor and all electrical switches and outlets. Contractor may have to move water pipes. 2. Removal of walls: Remove 3 cinderblock walls from the office (boxing room) and a closet wall with accordion doors. This will open the weight room and the mens locker room. Relocate 2 light switches to other surrounding cinderblock wall. All wiring must be installed inside cinderblock walls. Remove electrical outlets from the cinderblock walls that are going to be eliminated in compliance with the City of Laredo Code. All electrical work must comply with the City of Laredo Code. Contractor to advise Police and Engineering Department if any of the walls are load bearing walls prior to removal. 3. Close wall between mens locker room and mens shower room. Construct a block wall to close out the entrance between the mens locker room and the mens shower. Remove flooring and wall tile and replace with new ceramic flooring and wall tile in all the mens shower room. (Will match mens changing room and bathroom). Material allowance $5.00 per square foot. Remove flooring and wall tile and replace with new ceramic flooring and wall tile in all the mens gym bathroom. (Will match mens changing room and shower room). Material allowance $5.00 per square foot. Replace mens bathroom countertop with quarkz (White). Material allowance $45 per square foot. Replace mens bathroom sinks, facets, urinals, toilets and tissue holders. Replace mens bathroom toilets/urinal privacy walls and entrance doorways with locks. Construct a 36 doorway from the mens bathroom and into the sauna. This will be the new entrance to the mens shower. Purchase/install solid door. Purchase/Install a solid 36 door for the entrance.
