Under this requirement, the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) seeks construction services at Salamonie Lake's Control Tower for the removal and replacement of five exterior windows and one set of two exterior entry doors. Window work includes measuring openings, removing existing windows and framing, applying concrete sealer, installing new double-hung windows with synthetic jambs and stainless-steel fasteners, and flashing to prevent water intrusion. Door replacement involves measuring, removal, concrete repair and sealing, and installation of paired steel security doors with new locking mechanisms that meet forced-entry resistance standards (UFC 4-026-01).
