Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a 119-space playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bozeman Sports Park Phase 2 is to include the construction of a new 119-stall parking lot, including mass grading of the site, installing new sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drainage improvements, landscaping, and signage and striping as depicted in City of Bozeman Site Plan Application 25143. One artificial turf field is to be installed by others. PREVAILING WAGE RATES Each Bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Bozeman, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. The City of Bozeman reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Bozeman.
