Renovation of a military facility in Snyder, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,945-square-foot military facility.

28 AUG: REVISION 01 The purpose of this Revision is to: 1. Add a document titled "B3705 Questions and Answers". This document will be used to consolidate all vendor inquiries and Government responses. Government responses are highlighted in red. 2. Re-upload SOW document titled "B3705 SNYDER Range SOW (Updated) 11 Aug.pdf" due to multiple inquiries regarding vendor inability to download or open file. Document was erroneously labeled as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) - DoD Community Only. 3. This concludes all changes made in this revision. Current As Of 28AUG24. This requirement is for the renovation of Building 3705, located in Snyder, Texas 79549. The scope of work includes the replacement of interior carpeting and the painting and sealing of the building's exterior. The period of performance is negotiable, with a duration of 30 calendar days. A revised Statement of Work (SOW) document titled "B3705 SNYDER Range SOW (Updated) 11 Aug.pdf" has been re-uploaded due to previous access issues. Additionally, a consolidated "B3705 Questions and Answers" document has been added, containing vendor inquiries and Government responses, with responses highlighted in red. In accordance with FAR 36.204(d) Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction projects: Between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work Task [Bldg. 3705, WT # 13082319]: 1.5.1. Demolition and Removal: 1.6.1.1. The Contractor shall remove 2945 square feet of carpet and releasable adhesive. 1.6.1.2. The Contractor shall remove 335 linear feet of cove base. 1.6.1.3. Option: If test samples from flooring come back positive for asbestos; the Contractor shall provide a separate quote for the removal of all ACBM flooring throughout the facility. 1.6.1.3.1. The Contractor shall develop an abatement plan, in accordance with Federal, State, and local guidance. If the black and yellow mastic has tested positive for asbestos or flooringInstallation and Additive Services: 1.6.2. Installation and Additive Services:1.6.2.1. Contractor shall install LVT plank flooring and reinstall baseboards (mentioned in section 1.6.1.3) throughout the notated portions of the facility to a neat, level, and professional appearance according to manufacturer's specifications. 1.6.2.1.1. Contractor shall install Dyess "Standard" Brown (12mm) LVT according to manufacturer's specifications. 3945 square feet. Specification sheet is listed at the bottom of the Statement of Work. 1.6.2.1.2. Contractor shall install new cove base (mentioned in section 1.6.1.2) 335 linear feet. 1.6.2.1.2.1 Contractor shall repair and repaint any damaged drywall that will prohibit the installation of cove base and flooring, such as in room 109. 1.6.2.1.3. Contractor shall install new thresholds at doorway entries and bathroom entries where necessary. 1.6. Work Task [Other Exterior need, WT # 13082332]: 1.6.1. Demolition and Removal: 1.6.1.1. The Contractor shall remove paint and damaged material from the exterior of bldg. 3705. 5,100 square feet. 1.6.1.2. The Contractor shall prepare all exterior metal siding to be painted prior to any new paint being applied. 1.6.1.2.1. The Contractor shall sandblast all exterior metal siding to remove all foreign debris and prepare the siding to be cleaned (pressure wash). 5,100 square feet. 1.6.1.2.2. The Contractor shall pressure wash all exterior metal siding to prepare the surfaces to be painted. 5,100 square feet. 1.6.2. Installation and Additive Services: 1.6.2.1. The Contractor shall prepare the exterior metal siding to receive paint and protect the rest of the facility from overspray using tape or plastic sheeting if necessary. 1.6.2.1.1. The Contractor shall minimize overspray to the maximum extent possible. 1.6.2.2. The Contractor shall apply primer to the exterior metal siding. 5,100 square feet. 1.6.2.3. The Contractor shall paint the exterior metal siding using zinc oil-based paint. 5,100 square feet. Paint shall match existing color. 1.6.2.4. The contractor shall apply weather and UV resistant caulking, replace or repair flashing, and perfume other actions to ensure appropriate sealing of the structure exterior.
