Renovation of a stadium in Cherokee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Remove the existing roof system -Stack tin per Fair Board instructions. Remove the existing insulation - Haul off insulation, Install new roof paneling with manufacturi ng warranty of 45 years or approved equivalent. install 26 Gauge Galvalume PRB or approved color equivalent. Screw length/diameter and spaci ng/placement must be done per the tin manufacturers guidelines/requirements. 4" vinyl faced fiberglass insulation R12 equivalent or approved equivalent/must seal seams Detach and reset roof vents. Detach and reset gable trim, gutters and ice breakers over AC units Bids new roofs for arena and exhibit buildings for Fairgrounds for Alfalfa County. The commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
