The stairwell is exerting immense pressure on the exterior of the building because of the movement of the pilings. The city wants to return the foundation for the stairwell to a stable state a) Remove and Replace Pilings on North side of CA Arena, for the stairwell. b) Remove cement pad. c) Install new pilings. d) Re-anchor Stairwell to new Pilings e) Install pilings in such a manner as to limit the movement of the stairwell, to prevent further damage to the arena structure. f) Ensure Stairwell is straight and true to the building. g) Install pilings so future adjustments are possible. h) Supply all material, labor and machine/equipment required needed to complete the job h) Dispose of the existing pilings from the site i) Clean up the site and return to preconstruction.
