Site work for a civil project in Lake Elsinore, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of December 08, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 22, 2026.** A. This Section specifies the labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the demolition, relocation, and/or disposal of all structures, building materials, equipment, and accessories to be removed as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. B. There may be existing and active stormwater, wastewater, water, and other facilities on site as indicated on the Drawings. It is essential that these facilities, when encountered, remain intact and in service during the proposed demolition. Consequently, the Contractor shall be responsible for the protection of these facilities and shall diligently direct all his activities toward maintaining continuous operation of the existing facilities and minimizing operational inconvenience. C. Demolition generally includes: 1. Complete demolition and removal of lift station wet well, dry well/valve vault, lift station appurtenances, piping, and mechanical and electrical conduits related to the Work as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. 2. The DISTRICT has first right of refusal for all electrical and mechanical equipment demolished as a part of the Work. The DISTRICT Representative shall inform the Contractor which materials will be diverted to the DISTRICT. All other material, equipment, rubble, debris, and other products of the demolition shall become the property of the Contractor for his disposal off-site in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances at the Contractor's expense. The sale of salvageable materials by the Contractor shall only be conducted off-site. The sale of removed items on the site is prohibited by the DISTRICT. The following list of equipment and materials have been identified for salvage by the district. The Contractor shall carefully remove and deliver to the DISTRICT the following items, and any additional items identified in the field The project is currently out for bids with a due date of 10/22/2025. Riverside Drive Gravity Sewer Main and A-3 Lift Station Demolition Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Start/Delivery Date December 2025/December 2026 Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 10/15/2025 2:00 PM (PDT) Anticipated award date December 2025. All written questions will be answered in writing and conveyed via online. The Districts existing A-3 Lift Station is a duplex, dry well/wet well configured sewage lift station with a design capacity of 1,125 gpm. This lift station is one of five lift stations within the Districts sewage collection system that was assessed for condition and rehabilitation in 2019. It was determined that the A-3 Lift Station can be demolished and its sewage flows can be redirected to the A-4 Lift Station. Anticipated award in November 2025. Bids are not out yet.
