Scope The work includes construction of one (1) gravel packed well with foundation; one (1) factory coated bolted steel ground storage tank with foundation; one (1) hydropneumatic tank including foundation; one (1) generator including foundation; one (1) Electrical Control Equipment, including foundations; disinfection equipment; plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including service; driveway; fencing and gate; site grading; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant and water well. The Contractor shall provide, install, and remove a rental generator, excluding fuel costs, to operate the proposed facilities for 30 calendar days if directed by the Engineer. Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.
