Renovation of a military facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This project involves the replacement of the Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) unit serving the Geiger Quads G520 building. The scope includes the demolition and removal of the existing DOAS unit and associated components, and the installation of a new DOAS unit with all necessary mechanical, electrical, and control connections. The work also includes testing, adjusting, and balancing of the new system to ensure proper operation, as well as commissioning and training for facility personnel. Estimated Cost Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Contract Completion Date: 540 days after the award RFIs must be submitted by the prime contractor to tony.d.benson.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is September 1, 2025, by 2:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
