Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Olpe, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Consists of construction of a football field, track, grandstand seating, field events, concrete paving, chain link fencing, stadium lighting, and street parking. - Work of this proposed Contract is comprised of site development, selective demolition, including general construction, structural, and electrical Work. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid plus all add Alternates. In the event of multiple prices in a Bid or Alternate, write for the maximum possible Contract amount. Make Bid Bond payable to: USD 252 Southern Lyon County. Inquiries regarding Bid Documents shall be directed to Geoff Snow at gsnow@alloyarchitecture.com and Craig Lofton at clofton@alloyarchitecture.com. B. Bidders shall promptly notify the Architect of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error which they may discover upon examination of the Bid Documents or of the site and local conditions. C. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid Documents shall make such requests of the Architect at least (7) seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
