The City of Melissa, Texas is accepting sealed bids for construction of the: SH 121 and Throckmorton Road Roadway Illumination Project. The project is generally described as: The Base Bid consists of approximately 2.61 miles of continuous illumination on SH 121 and approximately 0.44 miles of continuous illumination on Throckmorton Road, for the City of Melissa, Texas as shown in plans prepared by Maldonado-Burkett, LLP. The Mayor and the City Council of Melissa, Texas reserve the right, as the interest of the City may require, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received. No officer or employee of the City of Melissa shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the City of Melissa.
