for the purpose of selecting a supplier to provide nine (9) Perkins 100kW Stationary Diesel Generators as stated herein. Supply and deliver nine (9) diesel generators. The County anticipates executing a Purchase Order for this solicitation. All conferences and site visits will take place at the time, date and location specified below. This timeline is subject to change. Failure by a Bidder to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference or site visit will result in their bid being considered non-responsive. When applicable, Bidders are advised to visit each location to familiarize themselves with all work areas. Failure to do so will in no manner relieve the Bidder from furnishing materials or services that may be required to carry out and complete the contract in accordance with the intent of the specifications listed herein. Questions asked at a pre-bid conference will be formally answered via an addendum. Bidders shall not rely on oral communications. Question Submission Deadline:September 12, 2025, 5:00pm
