Description of Work: Construction of sidewalk, curb and gutter, crosswalk striping, pedestrian signal crossings, curb ramps, and adjustment and relocation of utilities along NC 280 Airport Road, from the southernmost entrance to Walmart to US 25 Hendersonville Road Construction Start December 2025 License Requirements: All bidders must have current North Carolina General Contractor licenses with the appropriate classification for all work of the project at the time of the bid. The contractor or sub-contractor must provide a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control/Stormwater Supervisor, a Certified Foreman and Certified Installer for Erosion and Sediment control. Pre-Bid Meeting attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. The project, the City's Business Inclusion Plan, and the City's Drug-Free Workplace Policy will be discussed during this meeting.
