Please refer Bid Tabulation for detailed Bid Result* The County of Greenville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to renovate existing tennis (4), pickleball (12), and basketball (2) courts at Southside Park, located at 417 Baldwin Road, Simpsonville, 29680. The County desires for this project to commence on or around March 1, 2026 and for work to be completed in accordance with the specifications contained herein, within ninety (90) days of consistent working weather for materials. The County reserves the right to award this project by line item, and to one or more vendors. All courts were previously repaired in a similar fashion in 2021. Originally, the courts were built in the 1970s. Question Submission Deadline: September 16, 2025, 2:00pm- Offerors shall submit all inquiries regarding this RFP via the County's online procurement Portal Proposal Submission Deadline :September 26, 2025, 3:00pm Tentative Date of Award: October 6, 2025 Contract Negotiations: October 6 - October 17 Issue Notice to Proceed: October 17, 2025 The Scope of Work for this project consists of renovating existing tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts at Southside Park, to include repairing all cracks, resurfacing, coloring, striping, and replacing existing basketball goal post systems. To meet the requirements for this project, the Contractor shall: Complete this project within ninety days (90) of issuance of the Notice to Proceed, or ninety days (90) of consistent working weather. Provide evidence of the General Contractor's License and any specialty licenses required to complete this project, if applicable. Furnish all materials, equipment, machinery, tools, apparatus, means of transportation, licenses, and labor necessary to prepare the court for resurfacing in accordance with project specifications. Note: Replacement basketball goal systems will be provided by the County. Repair all cracks using the Riteway System in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Vendors must be authorized to install the Riteway System and shall provide evidence of the same with their proposal. The County reserves the right to waive any Instructions to Responders, General or Special Terms and Conditions, specifications, or technicalities when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County to do so. Requests for substitutions for the Riteway System must be submitted for the County's consideration, in accordance with Section 3.2 Substitutions. Greenville County reserves the right to reject any response that contains prices for individual items or services that are inconsistent or unrealistic when compared to pricing of like responses; or ambiguous responses which are uncertain as to terms, delivery, quantity, or compliance with specifications may be rejected or otherwise disregarded if such action is in the best interest of the County. The responder shall sign the response correctly or the response may be rejected. If the response shows any omissions, alteration of form, unauthorized additions, a conditional response or any irregularities of any kind, the response may be rejected. The County reserves the right to hold back and/or withhold part of complete payments for unsatisfactory work, deficiencies, etc. until said defects are satisfactorily corrected or cleared. The proposals will be evaluated using the criteria listed in the Evaluation Phases included in this RFP. Greenville County reserves the right to interview responders or ask for demonstrations to this RFP at its discretion. Greenville County will not be responsible for any costs associated with interviews of responders or demonstrations. The County reserves the right to negotiate minor deviations from the prescribed terms, conditions and requirements with the selected vendor. The contractor shall procure all permits and licenses, and pay all charges and fees necessary and incidental to the lawful conduct of his business. Contractor shall keep fully informed of existing and future Federal, State, and Local Laws, ordinances and regulations which in any manner affect the fullfillment of his contract and shall comply with the same.
