Renovation of a stadium in Keewatin, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The supply and installation of a LU/LA lift including a new shaft, machine room, electrical, and all associated components. The work shall also include demolition and infill of walls, doors, and windows as well as minor millwork. The Tenderer is required to submit with its Tender, a Consent of Surety and a Bid Bond in a form acceptable to the CITY, or in lieu of a Bid Bond, a Tenderer may submit, along with a Consent of Surety, a certified cheque or an irrevocable letter of credit in favour of the CITY equal to 10% of the Tender Sum as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract for the Work, the Tenderer will execute a contract and submit the Performance Bond and the Labour and Material Payment Bond referred to in Article 10 within the specified time frames.
