Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Gilbane Building Company and City University Construction Fund are seeking qualified firms for modernization and upgrades at Hunter College CENTRO Expansion - Silberman School of Social Work Building. This RFP is focused on interior renovations within the Centro Archives/Library space, classroom, auditorium, and conference room renovations throughout including modernization of AV/IT and lighting, MEPS building system upgrades including a new HVAC system within Archives, minor foundation repairs and drainage improvement to counter water infiltration issues, and new exterior finishes at Gallery entrance.
