The Antrim County Commission on Aging (COA) will be accepting Letters of Interest to Contract for Snow Removal at private residences in Warner, Jordan, Chestonia & Star Townships along with Lakes of the North in Mancelona Township for the 2025/2026 season. The COA Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Letters of Interest or accept those that are in the best interest of the COA. An EOE employer. Contractors accepted by the COA Board will be paid $30.00 per plow (drive way only) and $40.00 per plow (includes 1 sidewalk) for up to 150ft of a driveway with four inches or more of snow. It is understood that one company/business or individual cannot serve all areas requiring service, and contracts will be let to more than one contractor to satisfy geographical location requirements. Successful contractor(s) are required to provide proof of and maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance policy. Additionally, ALL contractors making application must agree to and sign an authorization for Request for Criminal History, which may be picked up at the COA Office, or faxed or emailed to you.
