The TYNGSBOROUGH HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Vacant Unit Renovation at State Aided Development: Brinley Terrace (667-1) in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by DAVID L KING ARCHITECTS. The Project consists of but not limited to: The complete renovation of a one bedroom unit, including the kitchen and bathroom. This includes new appliances and fixtures and new finishes throughout. This job also includes asbestos abatement. The Contractor and all subcontractors (collectively referred to as "the Contractor") agree to strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation. The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities. NOT BE ACCEPTED.
