Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Port Richey, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and retail development.
Steps to Recovery, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization, is requesting qualified contractors to submit bids for construction and renovation of bathrooms at three different locations. Contractors are to build a full new bathroom at each location. Each location has an independent design. Contractors will also be upgrading an existing half bath at each location, also each having an independent design. Contractors must attend the onsite open house and follow both the scope of work and sealed plans. Questions Due Date: Oct 8th 2025, 2:00 PM EDT submit all questions and submissions directly to Steps to Recovery, Inc. Questions submitted directly to the County will not be answered and bids submitted directly to the County will be deemed NON-RESPONSIVE.
