The City of Marion, Ohio is accepting qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Fire Station Project. Question Deadline 09/12/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions concerning this RFQ shall be directed in writing via email to RobCowell, DirectorofPublic Safety at rcowell@marionohio.org by 5 p.m., 7 calendar days prior tothesubmittaldeadline. This Project is anticipated to include the construction of a newfirestation, whichshall consist of the renovation of an existing 15,000 square foot building for officespaceandafive-bay addition for the balance of the facility, along with any other improvementsrequiredfor the Project.
