Muscogee (Creek) Nation intends to contract for the construction of 216 Bridge 05085 in Okmulgee County, OK. This project, which the Nation references according to the information below, includes but is not limited to the Construction of a 8'H x 36'W X 24'L Fast Cast Bridge e/w a concrete deck and approximately .09 L.F. of roadway re-surfacing. Also included in the scope of work is the construction of approximately .06 L.F of By Pass Road. Additional Items associated with Common Road Construction Practices are also included in the scope of Work. The project is located in Henryetta, Oklahoma, on S. 216 Road; Henryetta Golf Course Road. 1.6 miles south of Main Street on Lake Road and 1.4 miles west on Larch Road in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. All Bids submitted for consideration must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee (i.e. a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check), payable to Muscogee (Creek) Nation, in an amount equal to Five Percent (5%) of the total Bid price. Additionally, all Bids must include the appropriate Bid/proposal forms included in the Bid documents. Otherwise, the Bid shall be deemed non-responsive and subsequently rejected. Responsive, responsible Bidders may not withdraw their Bid for a period of Sixty (60) days following the aforementioned closing time. The Muscogee (Creek) Nation reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The successful Bidder, following notice from the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, must timely submit those bonds identified in the Information for Bidders prior to an actual Contract Award.
