Renovation of a municipal facility in Minot, North Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Probation Office in the Bruce M. Van Sickle Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse in Minot is planning alterations to its third-floor office space to refresh the area and accommodate increased staffing. The renovation will include updates to the existing space and newly acquired adjacent space, with the goal of securing both areas by closing off the public corridor between them. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of design and construction, including providing licensed Architect and Engineering (A/E) services either in-house or through subcontracting. Design services must include field surveys of as-built conditions, coordination with GSA and the tenant agency, preparation of bidding documents, and construction administration. Upon receiving written approval from GSA, the contractor may begin construction prior to final design completion. Location: Bruce M. Van Sickle Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 100 1st Street SW, Minot, ND 58701, United States. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. Total Estimated Cost $425,000 – $1,425,000
