Site work for a religious / funeral development in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
Submit questions regarding this Solicitation via the Solicitation posting in ARBuy by midnight, Central Time on or before August 28, 2025. Manufacturing and Installation of the Precast Concrete Burial Crypts The Contractor shall provide double-depth concrete burial crypts ("Crypts") that meet all the VA NCA specifications found here. 1. Fabrication and Delivery only, no installation is required for this bid. B. The Contractor shall provide the following double depth crypt sizes: 1. Perimeter Standard Crypt 2. Perimeter Oversized Crypt 3. Interior Quad Crypt 4. Perimeter Quad Crypt C. The Contractor shall submit sealed engineering drawings including structural reinforcing per specifications/NCA standards to ADVA for approval by architect/engineer prior to fabrication. D. The Contractor shall provide the VA standard lifting devices (2ea) for crypt lid removal to ADVA. Lifting devices will be used by the Installing Contractor.
