Reference Number 0000397202 The key Scope of Work ("SOW") components are as follows: Installation of two (2) new electric-driven pumps into two (2) vacant pump penetrations along with all associated pipe and electrical equipment. Upgrade of existing electrical components, including the replacement of existing variable frequency drives ("VFDs:). Modifications to the existing building, including the installation of a new overhead coiling door and overhead crane. Modifications of the existing HVAC components to provide adequate ventilation and temperature control. Installation of a diesel-powered backup generator provided by the Owner. Overhaul of the existing diesel pump motors and modifications to the existing fuel tank to provide adequate fuel flow. Miscellaneous site improvements, including but not limited to, a new gravel parking area, upgrade or replacement of fuel tanks, SCADA system modernization, relocation of existing equipment, and security and fire alarm system upgrades. Attachment C contains preliminary design drawings, intended to orient the respondents to the Project site and scope of work. The Design is currently at approximately 30% complete and is provided for reference.
