The Project consists of replacing all roofing at the following locations for the Housing Authority of the County of Beaver. 1. Ambridge Towers a. 500 Beaver Road, Ambridge, PA 15003 2. Joseph Edwards Elderly Apartments a. 330 Connecticut Ave., Rochester, PA 15074 Question Deadline 09/19/2025 Any questions about all sections of the contract prior to submission of bids by the contractor shall be in writing and received by the Executive Director at least ten (10) days prior to opening of bids. Joseph Edwards Elderly Apartments & Ambridge Towers Roof Replacement A certified check or bank draft, payable to the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF BEAVER, U.S. Government Bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable securities in an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. All required Contract Documents must be completed and submitted with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance bonds of 100% with good and sufficient surety, and will be required to provide same within ten (10) days of contract award. The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF BEAVER reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Award of this contract is contingent on funds available. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to opening bids without the consent of the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF BEAVER.
