Renovation of a municipal facility in Smithville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
DeKalb County Purchasing Committee will be accepting proposals and bids on the rehabilitation or replacement of the current heating and cooling system. All prospective bidders should conduct a onsite visitation and examination of the current system to obtain the information to submit a proposal and bid. The list below are some items to consider. 1. Contractor to provide design-build solution including mechanical engineered plans 2. HVAC controls upgrade including new DDC controls with front-end BAS 3. Replace all floor mounted fan coil units with new same style fan coil units 4. Replace AHU in mech. room with new AHU for ventilation air 5. Install new cooling only fan coil units in interior court rooms 6. Electrical for required HVAC equipment 7. General trades (cutting/coring/patching floors & walls) The DeKalb County Purchasing Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
