Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of roadway improvements to Dixie River Road, ramp improvements at I485, and include the demolition of portions of the existing Dixie River Road and the construction of approximately 1,510 linear feet of new roadway. The new roadway shall have a typical section that includes 4 10' lanes, a 15' planted median with curb and gutter, as well as an 8' planting strip and 16' multi-use path on both sides of the road. Other project scope includes construction of a storm drainage system, grading, erosion control measures, traffic control, and street trees. Contractor shall submit questions or inquiries no later than September 16, 2025 at 1:00PM EDT. Questions or inquiries past this deadline may not be addressed by the Developer prior to the Bid Submittal Due Date.
