Site work for a water / sewer project in Marion, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Painting inside and outside ofall four elevated tanks and appurtenances bid individually. This specific bid is for the 500,000 gallon Patriot Tank "Schedule "A". The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids will not be opened that come from a contractor that did not receive plans from the Engineer. This is to avoid any confusion over issuance of addendums.
