The City of Nixa is issuing a Request for Bid for the seal and stripe of the parking lot located at 1111 W. Kathryn St., the Public Works facility in Nixa, MO. The Scope of Work for this project is to seal and stripe the municipal parking lot located at 1111West Kathryn Street, Nixa, Missouri. Specifications for the project are as follows: o Contractor shall apply Star Seal Supreme blend bulk asphalt Sealing material, or an acceptable equivalent approved by the City. o Contractor shall seal approximately 72,000 square feet of a previously unsealed asphalt parking lot and driveway. o The work shall be performed in two stages to allow access to gates in case of emergencies. Additional requirements: o All cleaning and prep work necessary to complete this project shall be completed by the Contractor. o All Signage and Cones shall be provided by the Contractor. o Contractor shall provide two weeks' notice prior to undertaking the work and one week notice between first and second stages. Stage One: West side of Public Work Building, approximately 20,000 Sq Ft (Portion A) Stage Two: North and East side of Public Works Building, approximately 52,000 Sq Ft (Portion B) These Terms shall govern and control the competitive procurement process.
