Renovation of a military facility in Alexandria, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing HVAC system. The scope includes the removal of the current HVAC unit and the installation of a new system that meets the specified performance and efficiency standards. All work must comply with applicable codes and regulations, and the contractor is responsible for ensuring proper operation of the new system upon completion. Such actions shall be performed in a manner compliant with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) guidelines for a Phase I Cultural Survey as well as Secretary of the Interior regulations and Osage Naion guidelines hereunder as outlined as part of the initial request for proposals.
