Should a bidder find discrepancies or omissions from the plans, specifications or any other documents or should he/she be in doubt as to the meaning, he/she should at once notify the City's representative and obtain clarification prior to submitting any bid. Sewer main will start at the county barn lift station, next to 101 West Huffman St. and continue West for approximately 885 feet to the manhole (to be replaced) at, West Huffman Street and N 2 nd St. on the southeast corner. (may need state permit) for crossing FM 156. The estimated quantities specified herein are not guaranteed of actual quantities and the City does not guarantee any quantity of materials to be purchased during the term of the contract
