Anticipated Award Date: 09/25/2025 Estimated Cost - $450,000.00 Re-Roof Scope: Adhered EPDM System - Overlay of Existing EPDM System - Steel Deck - Examine Existing Roofing System, Remove & Replace Any Wet or Damaged Materials. - Grid Cut (10x10) Existing Membrane - Elevate ISOGard HD Coverboard Fastened - Elevate 060 LSFR EPDM Adhered - Elevate ES-1 Coping Metal - Elevate 20-YR Red Shield Warranty with additional coverage: o Damage due to winds up to 72-mph o 32-Hour Cut & Puncture Coverage Installation of Adhered EPDM System o Examine Existing Roofing System, Remove & Replace Any Wet or Damaged Materials. o Grid Cut Existing Membrane Maximum 10x10. Remove all flashings & edge metal. o Examine the existing system and site conditions to ensure they are ready to receive work. o Install Elevate 1/2 " IsoGard HD coverboard to be mechanically fastened per manufacturer requirements. o Remove and replace any damaged existing wood nailers. (LF Unit Pricing) o Install an additional Wood Nailer to match the height of new insulation. o Adhere RubberGard 60-mil LSFR EPDM with 3" factory laminated QuickSeam Tape utilizing standard bonding adhesive or Jet Bond adhesive. o Complete all flashings, terminations, drains and metal work per Elevate 20-year specifications and details. o Lift all curbed exhaust fans and install flashings onto top of curb where possible. Where not feasible to lift unit install "slip" flashings to counterflash the terminations. Contractor to coordinate any required curb electrical work with building owner. o Install UNA-Edge Coping per Elevate details to match existing coping coverage. o Install Coping per details ensuring EPDM membrane is extended up and over the wall. o Install QuickSeam Walkway Pads from roof access points to all roof levels in which roof traffic will be present to match the existing walkways. Match Existing. o If applicable, contractor to coordinate with lightning protection contractor to remove and re-install lightning protection per state and federal requirements to gain recertification. o Elevate final inspection to be conducted upon completion of the project by filing the RFI within the PIN System. Contractor to be responsible for workmanship for 2-years.
