Renovation of a laboratory facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Phase 1: Weights and Measures - Full roof replacement, complete demolition of suspended ceiling system, geothermal HVAC system, lighting, exterior overhead doors, interior doors and frames, and restrooms. Install a new standalone HVAC system, suspended acoustical ceiling system, LED lighting, overhead exterior door, interior doors, frame, hardware and new restrooms. The Necropsy will consist of new overhead door, exterior main door, LED lighting work platform, miscellaneous plumbing and interior painting. Question Deadline 09/15/2025 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum. Estimated Cost: $1,500,000.00 Phase 2: ISDA Administration Building - Will consist of the demolition of the main floor suspended ceiling system, lighting, and insulation below the roof. Install new batt insulation below the roof, suspended ceiling system, and LED lighting system. At the Basement level replace existing lighting fixtures with new LED lights. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
