The project is expected to be a 381-unit multifamily high-rise building. The 385,109-square-foot structure will have post-tensioned concrete through levels one through eight; levels eight through 32 will feature mass-timber hybrid construction. As of April 23, 2026, this project was halted due to rising costs. Only the foundation has been completed, but vertical construction has not started.
