Scope of Services The scope of services provided by the selected design firm/team shall include industry standard assistance to the City in the development of a concept plan through a master plan. Services may include, but are not limited to, the items in the following list. Questions Due Date: Sep 8th 2025, 4:00 PM CDT. Monday, September 8, 2025 Questions regarding this RFQual due by 4:00 PM via online. Thursday, September 11, 2025 Answers to questions provided via a written Addendum posted to online. The City of Southlake, Texas (the "City'') is pleased to be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a design firm or team of design firms to provide site development study services for its proposed Parkwood Project. The project is comprised of three (3) separate components: a library facility, veterans memorial, and all-abilities playground. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and resolicit. The City makes no representations, written or oral, that it will enter into any form of agreement with any respondent to this RFQual for any project, and no such representation is intended or should be construed by the issuance of this RFQual.
