Reference number: 20091477 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-09-12 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 3 Subject of the invitation to tender : The works covered by this contract include, but are not limited to: - Maintaining traffic flow and signage during the work. - Removal and disposal of paving, Curbs, pavements and other existing elements. - The removal or dismantling of the existing drinking water network (pipes and accessories, valves, fire hydrants). - Supply and installation of the drinking water network (pipes and accessories, valves). - Connections to the existing drinking water network. - Cleaning, disinfection and testing of the drinking water network. - Installation of a lamp post base and reinstallation of the existing shaft, including electrical connection. - Repairs to the parking area. - Refurbishment of the site. All other work/components described in the documents that are the subject of this call for tenders, or necessary in order to carry them out. A bid bond equal to ten per cent (10%) of the total amount of the bid A performance bond and a contractor's obligation bond for guarantees, materials and services equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount each.
