Project consists of Interior and exterior improvements at Holland Middle School, interior improvements at Holland High School and Brumsted Elementary School. SED # 14-17-01-04-0-003-028 SED # 14-17-01-04-0-013-017 SED # 14-17-01-04-0-002-016 Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: Site Contract Project Identification: 24013 Holland Capital Improvement Project 2024 Project Location: Holland High School - 103 Canada Street , Holland, NY 14080, Holland Middle School - 11720 Partridge Road , Holland, NY 14080, Brumsted Elementary School - 173 Canada Street , Holland, NY 14080. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within thirty (10) days of receipt of bids and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. All potential bidders must self-perform a minimum of 20% of the work. The Contractor shall provide 20% construction and/or site supervision as proof of self-performance associated with the contract that they submit bids for. Self-performance cannot include general overhead (i.e. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc.) The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
