The +/- 13,000sf addition entails the provision of all plant, labour and materials for new foundations, steel structure, masonry, envelope and exterior steel studs, specialties, overhead cranes, and M&E systems - including a new Zinc Booth and Dust Collector. The Civil scopes includes exterior improvements and new water, sanitary and storm drain utilities - and work with service tunnel structures.
