Description: This project, located in Carroll, Frederick, and Howard Counties, is for Facilities Paving. All locations for this contract will be identified after the project is awarded. Each task will indicate the scope, limits of work, the estimated quantities, and completion duration limits. Counties: Carroll, Frederick, and Howard Classification: C - $500,001 to $1,000,000 Funding: State F.A.P. Number: N/A Bid Security shall equal at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00. The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
