Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Repair Services on Water Systems as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, travel and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, repair, replacement, testing, re-testing, and certification services of backflow devices, pumps, and pressure regulators on water systems. 2. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or Subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement. 3.
