Consists of: New Microphones, celling speakers, mixer, amplifier and PC. Must have capability of hosting remote attendees and will be managed from the meeting room desk. Assist with the setup of Microsoft teams or zoom installation and integration of the existing camera. The Borough of Ocean Gate is soliciting bids to identify individuals and/or businesses qualified to supply and install audio and video equipment for the Municipal Meeting room. This Request for bids is designed for those interested in creating a contract relationship with the Borough of Ocean Gate. All work on this contract must be completed within 45 calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Further, the Owner reserves the right to abandon the project and reject the bids entirely if any legal or state or federal administrative action is taken against the Owner which could delay or jeopardize the project from commencing.
