This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service to the Louisiana Workforce Commission (LWC) located at 1001 North 23rd Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. The contract shall be effective for a period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30. 2026. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12 month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed 36 months.
