Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in El Paso, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is for the selection of an Architect on behalf of EL PASO COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT d/b/a UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER OF EL PASO, (hereinafter UMC). UMC seeks a qualified firm to provide Architectural and Engineering services for the design and construction for additional surface parking at UMC East and UMC West. The intent is to engage the qualified Architectural firm (Architect) to work under the direction of the Assistant Administrator of Planning Design and Construction through the completion of the Projects. The Assistant Administrator of Planning, Design and Construction is responsible for the overall management of the 2024 Bond Implementation Plan including contract administration, coordination with other UMC team members, community/education, communication with stakeholders, etc. Reference Exhibit A for Scope of Work. The selection of the firm will be at the sole discretion of UMC about which Offeror's Proposal provides the best value to UMC based on the evaluation factors set forth in Section 4 herein.
