Construction of an 8' to 10'-wide multi-use trail on Woodstock Road from SR 92 to Crabapple Middle School. Work shall include concrete, sidewalk, curb & gutter, erosion control, traffic control, grading, lighting, etc. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via Bonfire and are due by Monday September 15th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EST. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. Questions and clarifications will be answered in the form of an addendum. Any addenda, schedule changes, and other important information regarding the solicitation related to this solicitation will be posted on the online. The City of Roswell reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the City of Roswell. The Successful Bidder may also be required to furnish a Maintenance Bond, in the amount of one-third (1/3) of the contract price, guaranteeing the repair or replacement caused by defective workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the completion of construction. The Contractor must be prequalified or registered with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). Submit evidence of prequalification with the bid. 2. The quantities shown on the plans are approximate quantities. This project will be paid per the actual material quantities used in the field as dictated by the field conditions unless specific lump sum pricing is requested in the Price Bid form (and any attached Schedules to the Price Bid form). Monthly invoices to be submitted at end of the month for completed work during the previous month. It is the contractor's responsibility to include all necessary expenses for the complete construction of this project in the schedule, or to point out where it is impossible to do so in the question-and-answer period.
