Work includes site work, utility work, and slab on grade as depicted in construction documents in preparation for new greenhouse (by others). Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a Surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, or certified check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 5% of the bid will be required. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bid security will be returned to all bidders upon award of the Contract or rejection of the bids. A Guaranty Bond in the form of a Performance/Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Bid Contract Sum will be required.
