1900 Main Executive Garage Rehabilitation | SB: 35% Questions Due Date: Sep 12th 2025, 5:00 PM CDT PN - 7022000097 The Scope of Work for this Project shall consist of providing all supplies, support services, data, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, construction and all else required to prepare the site and construct the METRO Leadership Garage Entry Upgrade. This includes the addition of new overhead doors, new flood gates, a new dividing wall and fencing, new conduit for new access controls, as well as rerouting of existing exhaust fans along with supplementary demolition and construction noted in the construction documents. The Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following major items, to the extent specified and indicated: 1. Provide administration and construction support services to complete work. 2. Coordination with utility owners, governing agencies, and other contractors. 3. Perform demolition and removal of overhead doors, existing access control wiring and conduit, existing flood gates, and other items shown in the drawings or as needed to complete the work. 4. Repair vehicle traffic roadways, curbs, walks, and ramps, as indicated. 5. Provide new overhead doors and flood gates as indicated. 6. Provide pavement markings, traffic and parking signs and signals as indicated. 7. Provide lighting and electrical facilities and systems to power the new overhead doors as well as conduit for new access control systems. 8.
