The Site of the Work is located in Clark County jurisdiction in the vicinity of Hinson Street, between Warm Springs and Robindale Road. The pipe installations will be performed along six (6) separate segments within the existing public Right of Way (ROW). Residential PRVs will be located either in public ROW or on private property which are associated to individual APNs. Refer to drawings for site location and layout. The work sites are located at existing District water services and the PRVs will be located immediately adjacent to existing water meters. The work also includes the installation of 23 PRVs for existing residential water services to be converted to a higher pressure zone. Pipeline installation will be performed at various locations with tie in points at existing Asbestos Cement Pipes (ACP). Cut and cap of existing pipes will be performed at six (6) locations, and approximately 590 LF of 6-inch ACP will be removed. The 23 PRVs will be installed in handhole vaults to be located immediately downstream of existing water meters to maintain pressures at the boosted residential water service connections.
