The CMAR will provide management and construction oversight of the TABRR program throughout its duration beginning in the design phase and continuing through construction. The CMAR will provide program-level leadership to ensure the overall success of the TABRR, as well as project-level coordination, scheduling, cost estimating, constructability reviews, and construction management. The CMAR's early involvement during design is essential to support scope alignment, schedule development, phasing, and budgeting efforts. The CMAR should have significant experience in leading and managing similar terminal reconfiguration & rehabilitation projects. This expertise must include the ability to provide effective construction oversight, advise the City and Airport's executive teams, in discussing the program at outreach events within the community. The CMAR shall ensure that project scopes, schedules, and budgets are met through collaboration with the City. The City will award one Construction-Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) as a result of the solicitation for a total contract not to exceed amount of $260,000,000 over the life of the agreement. Contract award and amendment funding will be based on phasing of projects, requirements to maintain FAA grant eligibility, and availability of funds.
