Site work for a water / sewer project in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Estimate: $3M to $5M The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following major work items: Installation of approximately 4,540 LF of buried 6-inch natural gas feed line. Demolition/removal/disposal of existing polyethylene natural gas line in proposed alignment. Surface restoration to match existing conditions, testing, and final cleanup. Demolition of existing natural gas and scrubbed biogas piping in Boiler Building. Installation of 3 and 4-inch natural gas and scrubbed biogas piping in Boiler Building. Installation of 6 gas flow meters and associated electrical/instrumentation and control connections. Installation of approximately 3,834 LF of buried dual conduit where existing duct banks are not available. Installation of all valves, fittings, and appurtenances as required.
